The Renaissance Hotel (Now Wyndham), 10 N Broadway Ave., Oklahoma City, OK 73102 will be our host hotel. We have a block of 25 rooms for the reunion weekend. The available room options are 1 king or 2 double beds, for $99.00 plus tax per night. For reservations call 405-228-8000 and ask for the group rate for the Elliott/McGary Family Reunion. Rooms are limited so book yours today. We want everyone to have a pleasant stay while they are here.

To cover expenses for the 2021 reunion please follow the below guidelines.
Ages (18 and above) $120.00, (13-17) $65.00, (6-12) $35.00 and (5-0) Free.

Important dates and information:
- Even if you are not sending reunion dues at this time, the deadline for registration is May 1, 2021.
- The deadline for all reunion fees is June 1, 2021. Dues are non-refundable.
- You can send monthly payments toward your dues beginning December 1, 2020.
- Your reunion dues include full participation in all reunion activities. Any activities planned for ‘Free Time’ are not included in the reunion dues.
- Please make money orders, checks, and cashier’s checks payable to Merlin McGary. On the memo line put (EMFR).
